GoldenEye 007 and 13 More Games Are Leaving Xbox Game Pass

GoldenEye 007, Wreckfest and 11 more games leave Xbox Game Pass on 15 November, with Football Manager 26 going on 10 November.

Bond is going off the clock. GoldenEye 007 is leaving Xbox Game Pass on 15 November, along with 12 other games. That’s 14 games in total in the Xbox app’s Leaving soon section right now, once you count Football Manager 26, which goes first on 10 November.

The list was spotted by Idle Sloth in the Leaving soon section of the Xbox app. Xbox hasn’t announced this batch on Xbox Wire yet, but Microsoft’s own store data backs it up. Every game in the screenshots is still in the Game Pass catalogue today, and all of them now have their Game Pass access set to end on the morning of 16 November.

A quick note on the numbers: the Xbox app lists 16 entries, but that’s 14 games, because Wreckfest and Football Manager 26 each have separate PC and console listings. And while the original post says all 16 go on 15 November, the two Football Manager 26 listings go earlier, on 10 November, as Xbox confirmed last month.

GoldenEye 007: last orders for 007

GoldenEye 007 is the big name here. Rare’s 1997 shooter arrived on Game Pass on 27 January 2023 with achievements, modern control options and four-player split-screen. It’s console and cloud only, with no Windows version, and it isn’t sold on its own on the Microsoft Store.

The good news is the escape hatch Xbox built in at launch: if you’ve bought a digital copy of Rare Replay on your Xbox account, you can download and play GoldenEye 007 free, with or without Game Pass. Physical copies of Rare Replay don’t count. If you don’t own it, you’ve got until the 15th to finish that Facility run.

Leaving on 10 November: Football Manager 26

Football Manager 26 and Football Manager 26 Console are also in the Leaving soon section, but they go five days earlier, on 10 November. That’s the day Football Manager 27 launches on Game Pass, so if you’re mid-season, it’s time to wrap it up.

Want to keep one?

Xbox usually lets Game Pass members save up to 20% on games before they leave the library, and its Leaving soon section tells members to “save on these games now”. When we checked the UK Microsoft Store on 2 November, 1000xRESIST was the only one on this list with a member price: £10.04, down from £16.74. On the US store, the member price was $11.99, down from $19.99.
