When did Planet Coaster 2 come out on Xbox?
Planet Coaster 2 launched on Xbox Series X|S on 6 November 2024. It’s the sequel to Planet Coaster: you build theme parks piece by piece, combining rollercoasters and thrill rides with swimming pools and water flumes, and manage the park to keep guests happy. The base game has nine themes, including Pirate, Western, Viking and Mythology, and an event sequencer for timing effects and shows.
Is Planet Coaster 2 on Game Pass?
Yes. The base game is included with Game Pass Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass. The add-on packs below aren’t included, so they’re bought separately. It’s also an Xbox Play Anywhere game, so one purchase covers Xbox and Xbox on PC.
Planet Coaster 2 editions
The standard game is £39.99 / $49.99. The Deluxe Edition is £54.99 / $64.99 and adds the Vintage Funfair Ride Pack.
