Laios and Marcille from Delicious in Dungeon have joined Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen on Xbox Series X|S as recruitable Official Pawns, with matching outfits for your Arisen and Pawns, in a limited-time collaboration that is live now.

Capcom’s announcement confirms the collaboration arrived on 4 November alongside a title update, and runs until a further title update on 28 January 2027.

Delicious in Dungeon collab on Xbox at a glance

  • Live: now, from 4 November
  • Ends: with the title update on 28 January 2027
  • Works in: Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen
  • Cost: free; no purchase listed

Laios and Marcille as Official Pawns

Official Pawns modelled on the heavily armoured Laios and the elven mage Marcille can be recruited from Riftstones in places such as towns. They are only available until the 28 January title update, so if you want them in your party, hire them before then.

Collaboration outfits

Load your save in either Dragon’s Dogma 2 or Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen during the event and outfit sets based on Laios and Marcille’s attire are added to your in-game storage automatically. Both your Arisen and your Pawns can wear them, and Capcom says that once redeemed they stay available after the collaboration ends.

The same title update also includes bug fixes, with full notes on the official Dragon’s Dogma 2 site.

What is Delicious in Dungeon?

Ryoko Kui’s manga follows Laios, whose sister is devoured by a Red Dragon deep in a dungeon. Joined by Marcille and other companions, he heads back down to rescue her, cooking and eating the monsters the party meets along the way. An anime adaptation aired in 2024.

Prices on Xbox

On the Microsoft Store, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, which bundles the base game with the expansion, is £44.99 / $49.99. If you already own Dragon’s Dogma 2 (£34.99 / $39.99), the Dark Arisen Expansion is £24.99 / $29.99 on its own. Neither game is on Game Pass, and neither supports Xbox Play Anywhere.
