Arma Reforger

Arma Reforger is a military sandbox from Bohemia Interactive, set during a fictional Cold War conflict in the late 1980s. It was the first Arma game on console, and it’s built on the studio’s Enfusion engine as a stepping stone towards Arma 4.

The main mode is Conflict, a large-scale online battle where US and Soviet forces, along with local FIA guerrillas, fight over key positions. Players build bases, move supplies and work their way up the ranks. Game Master lets one or more players shape a scenario in real time for everyone else. There’s also Combat Ops for small-team missions, Capture and Hold for tighter fights over strategic points, a singleplayer Air Support scenario for pilots, and Operation Omega, a singleplayer campaign set on Kolguyev.

The fighting spans three terrains: Everon, a 51 km² mid-Atlantic island first seen in Operation Flashpoint; Arland, a smaller island with a Soviet-held airbase; and Kolguyev, a largely abandoned Soviet island with a dormant volcano. Online sessions support up to 64 players, with Xbox cross-platform multiplayer. The integrated Workshop lets players download community-made missions, weapons and vehicles.

On Xbox it plays on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC, and supports Xbox Play Anywhere, keyboard and mouse on console, 4K and HDR.
