Our Guns of Eschaton game hub collects the essentials; here is everything confirmed so far.

What is Guns of Eschaton?

Guns of Eschaton is a first-person soulslike shooter set in an apocalyptic, occult Western version of the Old South, from art director Viktor Antonov.

Release date and platforms

Guns of Eschaton releases on 8 December 2026 for Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC, according to the official Xbox Store listing.

Is it on Game Pass?

It is not listed in the Xbox Game Pass catalogue or the Game Pass coming-soon list, and no day-one subscription release has been announced.

Gameplay

The player is fragile and outmatched, armed with a Colt in a world of monsters. Every gun has its own character and every monster a weakness, so combat rewards studying enemies rather than reflexes alone. Players adapt with different bullet types, parries, dashes and mystic abilities. The Xbox Store lists single-player, online co-op and online multiplayer with cross-platform play.

Editions

A Pay to Lose pre-order edition is listed alongside the standard game. It is rated PEGI 18.

Who is making it?

It is developed by Eschatology Entertainment and published by 4Divinity.
