What is Star Trek: Voyager – Across the Unknown?

You take the helm of the U.S.S. Voyager after it’s thrown into the Delta Quadrant and try to bring the ship and crew home across 12 sectors. It mixes exploration, ship and resource management, roguelike elements and tough choices. Familiar faces return, but their fates can change depending on the captain’s decisions.

How does it play?

Voyager starts heavily damaged, so you restore destroyed rooms and secure life support and energy. You scan celestial bodies for resources, find points of interest, engage in diplomacy and decide whether to play it safe or take risks. “What if?” scenarios let you try paths the show never took, such as embracing Borg technology, and each playthrough reshapes the ship itself.

Is it on Xbox Play Anywhere?

Yes. One purchase covers Xbox Series X|S and PC.

How much does it cost on Xbox?

The base game costs £32.49 / $39.99. Each DLC pack costs £7.90 / $9.99, and the Expansion Pass costs £24.50 / $29.99.

Is Star Trek: Voyager – Across the Unknown on Game Pass?

No, it isn’t part of Game Pass.

What DLC is available?

The Expansion Pass covers four DLC packs:

  • Delta Chronicles (16 July 2026): the Homestead, Distant Origin, Cold Fire, Omega Directive and Inside Man missions, plus Reginald Barclay and Dr. Forra Gegen as heroes, six technologies and four NPC ships.
  • Equinox (1 October 2026): the U.S.S. Equinox as a playable ship in the Q Trials mode, the “Spirits of Good Fortune” questline, and Captain Rudolph Ransom, Maxwell Burke and Noah Lessing as heroes.
