Perfect Dark

Perfect Dark is Rare’s first-person shooter starring Joanna Dark, an agent of the Carrington Institute, as she uncovers an extraterrestrial conspiracy involving rival corporation dataDyne. Remastered by 4J Studios, this version keeps the original’s design but adds higher-resolution textures and character models, plus twin-stick controls.

Its campaign spans globe-trotting missions packed with gadgets and inventive weapons, and can be played cooperatively or in Counter-Operative mode, where a second player takes control of the enemies. A deep multiplayer suite with customisable rules and computer-controlled bots rounds things off, with online play added for the first time.
