Metro 2039

Metro 2039 is the fourth mainline game in 4A Games’ post-apocalyptic first-person shooter series. The year is 2039, and the survivors in the tunnels beneath Moscow have been united under Hunter, a fanatical Spartan whose Novoreich regime rules through propaganda and fear.

You play the Stranger, the series’ first fully voiced lead, a recluse haunted by violent waking nightmares who is forced back into the Metro he swore never to return to. The single-player story, co-written with Dmitry Glukhovsky, mixes exploration, survival, stealth and combat.
