Drill Keeper

Drill Keeper is a roguelike deckbuilding siege defence game from ShoulderByte, published by Hooded Horse. You play a Drill Keeper travelling the galaxy to secure vital resources for your employer, the Orion Prospectors.

Your job is to protect a Planetary Drill by building fortresses around the mining operation, placing defensive weapons and designing maze-like paths to trap, stall and destroy the creatures that crawl out of the depths. Motivation is not optional: the company has fitted you with a neural implant that kills you if the very expensive drill is destroyed.
