Last updated: 7 November 2026

Acornia: Mirror Worlds is Splashteam’s bake-and-brawl management adventure, coming to Xbox Series X|S. This page gathers everything confirmed so far and will be updated as new details arrive. For the quick facts, see our Acornia: Mirror Worlds hub.

When is it out?

Acornia: Mirror Worlds is due in spring 2027. That window comes from the official Xbox Season-ing trailer and The Arcade Crew’s trailer. No exact release date has been announced yet, and the Xbox Store listing does not show one.

What platforms is it on?

It is confirmed for Xbox Series X|S and marked Optimised for Xbox Series X|S on the Xbox Store. Xbox Play Anywhere is not enabled on the current Store listing, and there is no Xbox One version listed.

What is it?

You play as Alva, a determined squirrel who returns to reopen her family’s dessert shop in a ruined tree village. A dark mirror dimension called the Duramen is spilling angry spirits into her world.

Half the game is shop life: cook, farm, raise animals, discover recipes, decorate the café and hire mushroom employees to help run it. You can befriend more than 25 villagers, each with their own routines and side quests, and unlock seasonal recipes and furniture through events such as bug catching and flower decorating.

The other half takes you down into the Duramen. Alva fills her cheek pouches with pastries and spits them at enemies, and she can swallow foes whole to use them as ammo.

Who’s making it?

French studio Splashteam is developing the game. Dotemu is the publisher on the Xbox Store, and the game is part of The Arcade Crew, Dotemu’s indie label. Splashteam previously made Tinykin and Splasher.

Is it on Game Pass?

Not confirmed. The Xbox Store listing shows no Game Pass eligibility, and nothing has been announced. We will update this page if that changes.

Does it have achievements?

The Xbox Store lists Xbox achievements as a feature, but the full list and Gamerscore have not been published yet.

What is it rated?

The Xbox Store lists it as PEGI 7. It is a single-player game.

Is there a trailer?

Yes. The Season-ing trailer on the official Xbox channel shows baking, farming, decorating and seasonal events.
