About Halo: Spartan Assault
Halo: Spartan Assault is a top-down twin-stick shooter set between the events of Halo 3 and Halo 4, developed by 343 Industries and Vanguard Games. Its campaign follows Spartans Sarah Palmer and Edward Davis as they fight a splinter faction of the Covenant.
More than 30 short missions put familiar Halo weapons, vehicles and armour abilities into a fast, arcade-style format, with score challenges and optional skulls that tweak each run. An online co-op mode teams up two players against waves of the nightmarish Flood, giving the series’ horde-style action a new top-down twist.
