About BioShock

BioShock is a first-person shooter set in 1960 in Rapture, an underwater city built by Andrew Ryan as a utopia free from outside control. After a plane crash in the middle of the Atlantic, Jack finds the city in ruins, overrun by its own citizens.

Jack fights with guns alongside plasmids, genetic powers that let him throw fire, lightning and swarms of insects. The city’s Little Sisters and their armoured Big Daddy guardians force a choice that shapes the story, and Rapture itself is as memorable as any of its characters.
