Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game, the beloved beat-em-up game based on the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels and film, is making its way to Steam soon and has opted into GeForce Now. Opting into GeForce NOW does not automatically mean it is coming to GeForce NOW, but it is a good sign along with it being an Ubisoft title and already being on the platform.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game is a side-scrolling beat-em-up game that follows the story of Scott Pilgrim, a young Canadian slacker and bass player, as he battles the seven evil exes of his new girlfriend, Ramona Flowers. Players control Scott and his friends, each with their own unique abilities, as they fight their way through colorful and imaginative levels inspired by the graphic novels and film.
The game was originally released in 2010 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but was delisted from digital storefronts in 2014 due to the expiration of the license for the music used in the game. However, due to its cult following and a successful Kickstarter campaign, the game was re-released in 2020 for modern platforms, including PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
