It’s GFN Thursday, and you know what that means: time for your weekly dose of GeForce NOW news! NVIDIA has delivered another round of updates, and we’re here to break down the latest for you. From mod support to new games (and some not-so-new games), let’s get right to it.
Baldur’s Gate 3 Receives Mod Support
Ultimate and Performance GeForce NOW members can now enhance their Baldur’s Gate 3 experience with mods. This allows for greater customization and personalization of gameplay, with options to add new characters, storylines, items, and more. Mods can be accessed and applied through the mod.io website and in game.
Seven New Games Added to GeForce NOW Library
This week sees the addition of seven new games to the GeForce NOW library:
- Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel (New release on Steam)
- Among Us (Xbox, available on PC Game Pass)
- Amnesia: Collection (Xbox, available on the Microsoft Store)
- Lawn Mowing Simulator (Xbox, available on the Microsoft Store)
- Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion (Xbox, available on the Microsoft Store)
- STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town (Xbox, available on the Microsoft Store)
- Townscaper (Xbox, available on the Microsoft Store)
While Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is a new release on Steam, the other six games were already available on GeForce NOW through different storefronts. This expansion allows subscribers to access these games through their existing Xbox Game Pass or Microsoft Store accounts.
Expanded Mod Support Coming Soon
NVIDIA has announced plans to expand mod support to more PC games in the future, allowing for further customization and personalization across a wider range of titles.
Next Week on GeForce NOW: Stay Tuned
Next week’s GFN Thursday has some interesting titles coming to the platform. We’ll be keeping an eye on Space Engineers 2, Orcs Must Die! Death’s Door, and Sniper Elite 5: Resistance. These titles look promising, and we’re excited to see how they perform on GeForce NOW.
Orcs Must Die! Death’s Door is particularly exciting, as it was recently announced for Game Pass. This could mean that it will also be available on GeForce NOW in the near future, which would be a great addition to the platform. Additionally, given that Orcs Must Die! Death’s Door was initially marked as a Steam release earlier this month, it’s highly likely that it will also be announced for Xbox and Game Pass next week.
