The developers will of Cris Tales have decided to delay the game to early next year (there is no new date at present). This is allow extra time to improve the game and take on some of the feedback people have given after playing the demo. This was announced in a blog post by Modus Games. They have also announced there will be AMA on Reddit on Friday where you can find out more about the game.
