Boosteroid CEO Announces Up to 5X More Servers Coming to Brazil

Following the massive success of Boosteroid’s cloud gaming launch in Brazil, CEO Ivan Shvaichenko has confirmed that the company is rapidly scaling up its infrastructure in São Paulo to meet the overwhelming demand.

Why More Servers?

Brazilian gamers jumped onto Boosteroid faster than expected, causing queues and temporary wait times. Since launch, Boosteroid has seen a 4-5X surge in user demand, surpassing all initial forecasts.

When we planned the Brazilian expansion, we couldn’t have predicted demand growing this fast. Now that the data center is live, we are accelerating our server deployment to improve the experience for players.

What’s the Plan?

  • Boosteroid will increase its server capacity by up to 5X in São Paulo over the next 2-3 months.
  • Partnership with ASUS will ensure rapid deployment of high-performance servers.
  • This expansion will significantly reduce queue times and enhance gameplay performance.

What Can Gamers Do Now?

While Boosteroid scales up, users facing long queues can enable the “Allow Connection to Distant Regions” feature in their settings. This option connects them to available servers outside Brazil, though latency may be slightly higher.

Boosteroid is committed to ensuring smooth, high-performance cloud gaming for all Brazilian users. More updates on expansion progress coming soon!
