Codes will be arriving soon, meaning you can run Crysis on almost any device at any time, and witness a genre-defining experience in the greatest detail available.

Games Coming This Week

We’ve got an interesting selection of upcoming titles this week, ranging from the multiplayer mayhem of World of Tanks, the limitless freedom to create in Core, and an assassin’s tour of London in Assassins Creed: Syndicate.

Combat Mission Cold War

The smallest decisions could have changed the course of human history. The Cold War put millions of lives on the very edge, but fortunately, conflict was mostly avoided. In Combat Mission Cold War, you get to see an alternate history, where “what-if” scenarios are played out with incredible historical accuracy in this unique strategy game.

“Combat Mission Cold War is set in the tipping-point years of a conflict that gripped the world for 45 years. Between 1979-1982, both the NATO and Soviet Warsaw Pact militaries began the shift away from industrialized warfare of the early 20th century and towards the modern digital battlefield of today. Combat Mission Cold War simulates several “what if” conflict scenarios between US and Soviet forces centered on the strategic Fulda Gap and environs in West Germany.”

Combat Mission Cold War is available now through Steam.

Core

Core is arriving in the cloud this week, which means you’ll be able create and play games from any genre with a near-limitless amount of potential. There are currently over 20,000 free games for you to explore, shoot and survive in. Care to add a few more?

“Want to make your own game? Core makes it possible by giving beginners and pros alike the power of Unreal in an accessible interface. You have access to hundreds of free, high-quality music, sound, and art assets, and built in 3D modeling and terrain sculpting tools. One-button publishing makes it easy to share your game, find players, and potentially earn money.”

Core is available now for free through the Epic Games Store.

Here’s a look at what else is coming this week:

  • Combat Mission Cold War (New release on Steam, Nov. 16)

GeForce NOW Roars into GFN Thursday with Jurassic World Evolution 2

Welcome back to GeForce Now Thursday’s with the Cloudy team. This week is a quieter week after the bombshell 3080 tier news recently, but we’ve got some new titles heading onto the cloud.

Games Coming This Week

We have 6 titles jumping on Nvidia’s clouds, including 3 new releases. Roaring it’s way onto all your devices is the highly-anticipated Jurassic World Evolution 2, which lets you take control of the most fearsome and dangerous dinosaurs. Alongside this, Bright Memory: Infinite has arrived in all its glory. Behold some of the most beautiful action sequences, blending seriously fast FPS gameplay with other action-based options.

Jurassic World Evolution 2

We were all so preoccupied thinking about whether we could have a management simulator that lets us raise and control over 75 different species of dinosaur, we didn’t even stop to think about why we couldn’t have it straight away. In four different game modes including a narrative story with some of the original cast, this sequel looks to build on the incredible design of the first game. Frontier uh… finds a way!

“Jurassic World Evolution 2 is the much-anticipated sequel to Frontier’s ground-breaking 2018 management simulation, Jurassic World Evolution, offering an all new narrative campaign voiced by cast members from across the Jurassic World film franchise, exciting new features, four engaging game modes, and an expanded roster of awe-inspiring dinosaurs.”

Jurassic World Evolution 2 is available now through Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Bright Memory: Infinite

Serving as a sequel to Bright Memory, this brutal hack-and-slash shooter was originally created by one brilliant person. This stunning title took almost three times as long to develop to allow for a bigger world, wall-running and a host of different special abilities that allow you to slay your enemies in silky smooth, ray-traced fashion.

“Bright Memory: Infinite combines the FPS and action genres to deliver a high-octane experience. Mix and match available skills and abilities to unleash magnificent combos on your enemies. Your trusted sword allows you to slash through crowds of enemies and even repel their gunfire. The guns you come across in-game can be customized with a variety of ammunitions. Choose between incendiary bombs, sticky grenades, homing missiles, and more to suit your situation.”

Bright Memory: Infinite is available now through Steam.

Here’s a look at what else is coming this week:

  • Bright Memory: Infinite (new game launch on Steam)
  • Epic Chef (new game launch on Steam
  • Jurassic World Evolution 2 (new game on launch on Steam and Epic Games Store)

That’s a wrap for GFN Thursday! We’re looking forward to hack, slash, shoot and roar our way into this next week. What’s your title of choice at the moment? Let us know in the comments. As always, game on!
